The main PECTAA SMS code is 800222. In the SMS, type your roll number and send it to 800222. The Multan Board code (800293) will be confirmed closer to the result date. After doing this, you will receive an SMS within a few minutes that will show your name and your obtained marks. Keep in mind that you will have to pay a small SMS charge when checking the result through this method.
